Neena Gupta is not just delivering ace performances on the silver screen, but the
actress is also winning the internet game. Recently Neena posted a click from her travel diaries and in her caption she explained how her ID was checked thrice, “Jab teen baar id dekha jata hai toe samajh mein aa jaata hai ki baby abhi tum famous aur successful nahin huee.” While she gave a hilarious twist to her identity card being rechecked, fans of Neena Gupta came up with equally entertaining replies.

Earlier, Neena Gupta had posted a 25 year old throwback picture and was earning praise for her adorable throwback click.

Being a single mother to Masaba Gupta , Neena had recently revealed how she received a lot of support from her father. “My father played a very important role in raising my daughter, he especially shifted to Mumbai to help me. I cannot express how thankful I am to him. He was my backbone during the most crucial time of my life,” Neena told IANS.

The 45-year-old actress strongly believes in the concept of clean eating and is very particular about eating the right things. She makes it a point to include plenty of fibre in her daily diet and also eats lean chicken and fish to pack in the daily requirement of high-quality protein. She is not a big fan of sugar and makes sure not to indulge in junk or processed food items.

Kajol lost a massive 18 kilos in just a span of 5 months by constantly pushing herself to the limits. She made it a point to steer clear of supplements and weight loss products of any kind. The Bollywood diva drinks at least 8 to 10 glasses of water to keep her body hydrated. It also gives her skin the lit-from-within glow.

Thanks to her thinner frame and svelte physique, she has taken the term 'yummy mummy' to the next level. The fitness levels of this age-defying actress can easily give all younger actresses a run for their money. Her belief is that when you stay focussed and disciplined, you can certainly achieve a healthy and fit body.
